Description
The Califa Morena is an Amber Ale style beer, also known as Red Ale, and they are considered sisters of the blonde Pale Ale, but with less level of bitterness:
- Bright amber color and ivory foam.
- On the nose we find roasted notes that come from the degree of roasting of its Vienna, CaraMunich and Melanoidin style malts.
- The palate has a medium body, high taste intensity and flavors reminiscent of caramel, licorice and toasted biscuits. Its finish is dry, bitter and elegant.
- It pairs well with dishes such as “carrillada” or the famous Cordovan “rabo de ox”, as well as with spicy dishes!
