Description
Aupa is part of the Basqueland Brewing fixed range. These are products that have been around since the beginning of time is their selection of beers and that they have been perfecting throughout all this time until they have become indispensable.
In this case it is a Pale Ale made in the Californian style, medium bodied and blonde. Balanced using Bravo, Centennial and Mosaic hops added after fermentation:
- Aromas of lemon, orange, flowers or pine.
- Citrus, resinous or floral flavors in the mouth.
- It pairs well with cured Manchego cheese, fried chicken or sausages.
