Description
This is a Honey Lager-style beer, that is, a low-fermentation beer (it is based on the Doppelbock style) that adds honey, which is the protagonist of this beer. Extremadura honey (used in this beer) is recognized worldwide for its purity. In the end, Extremadura is one of the few virgin lands left on the peninsula. This one in particular is a beer:
- Strong, rich and very malty lager, pleasant on the palate and with good body
- Pale/golden color, has slight hop bitterness, which also provides dryness.
- The taste of honey is evident.
