Craft beers to pair:
- Califa Morena Red Ale: bright amber color and ivory head. that remind us of caramel, licorice and toasted cookies. Its finish is dry, bitter and elegant.
- Yakka Peach in Syrup Belgian Fruit Tripel: A spicy tripel with fresh peach from Cieza and also in syrup, blond, powerful, warm and without complexes.
- Dawat 7: a light blonde/golden Maibock Lager with a short body, malty flavor, sweetness, and a slight hoppy aftertaste.
The recipes:
- Vitelotte potato parmentier with pine nut powder, sautéed shimeji mushrooms and cured egg yolk. Pairs with Dawat 7 Maibock Lager.
- Duck magret with truffled apple escalivada sauce and grilled potatoes. Married Califa Morena Red Ale.
- Kefir cream with Bourbon vanilla and red berries and caramelized strawberry with isomalt. Pairs with Yakka Tripel Strawberry.
*When preparing the pack, some of the beers may be out of stock, in which case it will be replaced by a beer of a similar style and price.
