With more than 30% Rye and almost 7º of alcohol, this beer will not leave you indifferent.
The maceration process is carried out in 3 temperature jumps in order to obtain, on the one hand, the greatest possible amount of fermentable sugars and, on the other, to work at a temperature that allows obtaining non-fermentable sugars that leave a malty body in the beer.
The contribution of hops in this craft beer is higher than in Blonde Ale, combining the three hops (Nugget, Styriam Golding and Cascade) in such a way that the full flavor of rye is appreciated but with a perfectly balanced contribution of bitterness .
- Clean and bright copper color appearance, medium carbon dioxide that forms a dense, very persistent foam.
- Fresh, herbaceous aroma, in which the three types of hops used are well integrated. As the beer warms, the aroma changes in favor of malt, enhancing aromas of caramel and toffee.
- The caramel flavors stand out in the mouth, which give way to floral tones ending in a pleasant bitter taste.
