This is a gluten-free Pilsen beer:
- Light yellow in color and light white foam that is not very persistent.
- Cereal aromas on the nose, slightly herbaceous and floral.
- Smooth on the palate, with notes of cereals, slightly sweet and slightly bitter. Very nice, refreshing and balanced
- It pairs well with appetizers, grilled fish and shellfish, vegetables and salads.
