Description
Toasted beer that is enjoyed all year round and is especially appreciated when it is a little colder or when it cools down at night. To taste it calmly and without haste, in order to discover all its nuances, it is recommended to drink it between 8 and 10 degrees:
- Reddish and mahogany color with a dense and creamy tan head.
- Notes of toffee, nuts, licorice and chocolate with a medium body.
- It pairs well with roast pork, barbecued or grilled meat or fish, sushi, powerful cheeses (Munster, Roquefort, Cabrales, mascarpone) or desserts with hints of coffee or cocoa.
