Description
A golden pampas with murga rhythm, this is the proposal of the Galician Alé Alé. A style originally from the Argentine Pampa ( that was born due to the limitations that the country's brewers faced at the level of ingredients, so the brewmasters had the idea of creating a variant of the Blonde Ale beers) and that in this case materializes in a light, energetic and very refreshing beer:
- Color between bright gold and amber that is contributed by the caramel malts. Medium-low body but with high drinkability.
- Fruity flavor provided by the hops used in this style (Citra and Cascade), which is balanced by the sweetness provided by the malts.
- It pairs well with almost everything: pickles, salads, rice dishes, shellfish, white fish, many cheeses (brie, young Manchego, burrata, Parmesan...) and dishes with spicy and citrus touches.
