Special Edition made with organic national Cascade hops. Classic Pale Ale with an addition of Valencia orange peel at the end of the boil and using the juice in the fermentation:
- Malty and citric balance giving rise to a very refreshing beer.
- Combines well with: with semi-cured cheeses, salty appetizers such as olives with anchovies, hamburgers, etc.

- ABV (Alcohol content) low: 4%
- IBU ( International Unit of Bitterness) low bitterness: 20
