Pirates, after a mutiny, used to set fire to the enemy ship to eliminate evidence that could incriminate them. That is why some think that pirate is equivalent to arsonist, from the Greek pyros (“fire”). La Pirata is that: incendiary, craft and natural beers. Enthusiasts of experimentation and lovers of beer, they began making the first long-suffering batches in their home kitchen a few years ago. The first catastrophes were giving way to something increasingly drinkable. Just at the moment when the beer began to look like beer, friends began to arrive at that house, as if by chance, and so they had to increase production. People started to like that “pirate” beer and finally they had to decide: The Pirate was coming out of hiding!
