Description
An American Amber Ale style beer, (its base/main malt is Pale malt and its fermentation is High, “Ale”):
- “Long drink” beer due to its small caramel touch within a round combination between the 2 varieties of hops and its 3 different malts, which make up a beer suitable for an audience that ranges from the most brewing, to the occasional brewer.
- Medium to medium-full body,medium to high carbonation and smooth overall finish without astringency.
- Pairing with croquettes, sausages, ham. It is also a good beer to accompany suckling pig or Segovian lamb due to its silkiness.
