At Beer Sapiens we love craft beer accompanied by GOOD food. And it is not by chance, in the end we are talking about a quite gastronomic drink, made with natural ingredients that combine with food, creating different connections of flavours: pairing by similarity or flavor complement, by contrast, by proximity (combination of beers from a certain area with food from that area), etc.
To go further in this gastronomic beer experience, we have created a collaboration with the prestigious chefs of La Patente Academy, a cooking school and gastronomic workshops led by the director and co-owner Àngels Puntas. In this collaboration, what we do is offer a Pack of Craft Beers that combine with different cooking courses:
How does it work?
1- Choose the Beer Pairing Pack with the online course that is of your interest.
2- We will send the pack of beers between 24-48 business hours, from the time the order is collected (Shipping Policy);
3 - You will receive the access codes to the online course + step by step recipe within 24 hours after purchasing the course. So you can access when it is most convenient for you, in addition to being able to start and pause the classes at any time and you can see the courses as many times as you want;

Beer Pairing Pack + Easy Cooking Course to surprise
- Vitelotte potato parmentier with pine nut powder, sautéed shimeji mushrooms and cured egg yolk. Pairs with Dawat 7 Maibock Lager.
- Duck magret with escalivada apple truffle sauce and grilled potatoes. Pairs with Castrum Belgian Dubbel.
- Kefir cream with Bourbon vanilla and red berries and caramelized strawberry with isomalt. Pairs with Bee Beer Dr Insólito.
Beer Pairing Pack + Ramen Course
- Tare, marinated eggs and topping for ramen.
- Handmade ramen noodles (chukasoba).

- Fish ceviche, leche de tigre, cancha and sweet potato. Marida with Yakka Type Wheat.
- Steak tartare, handmade anchovy butter and mustard coral. Pairs with Barcelona Beer Company Big Bear.
- Tartare of salmon, avocado emulsion and short-pickled vegetables. Pairs with Japan Weekend Kabukicho.

- Morel and trumpet risotto with braised escalope of foie and boletus air. Marida with Castum Belgian Blond.
- Squid and red prawn dry rice with artichokes and romesco emulsion. Marida with Bonvivant Pico & Pale.
- Rice with lobster broth. Pairs with Bidassoa Agiña.
