Domus comes from Toledo, it is one of the pioneering Spanish craft breweries in Spain, founded in 2007 by the master brewer Fernando Campoy. From this successful brewery we have Sao Tome, a Dubbel, Belgian abbey style beer. Reddish amber in color and creamy and persistent foam, floral touches on the nose, with a soft cherry nuance. On the palate it is silky and soft carbonated, with a sweet aftertaste of caramelized malts. Hmmm…delicious, did you like it? kippis
