Nico and Mati met more than 20 years ago while studying engineering in Buenos Aires, in their native Argentina, and forged a friendship that led them to travel the world in search of a shared passion: enjoyment! After living in Australia for almost 10 years, today the friends live the dream of creating and sharing flavors and aromas inspired by their experiences with anyone who orders a Dos Dingo. His beer path started with his arrival in Australia. The Australian craft industry is super developed, it is very easy to find different varieties of a very high level both in premises and in the taprooms of the thousands of breweries that exist in the country and almost every weekend friends spent touring different breweries and taprooms Trying beers from all over the country as if it were a plan of fate, Mati started working for Asahi (one of the largest Japanese breweries) and there within the microbreweries that were part of it. As part of his training at the "Asahi Academy" Mati learned to make beer with training at different plants in Japan, Australia and New Zealand. At the beginning of 2014 the friends decided to start cooking beer together as a hobby and bought their first 20 liter equipment, and finally in mid-March 2018, they finished the factory.
