Description
The style Strong Ale is a top-fermented beer (ale), high graduation of 7, 5th but it is hardly noticeable because it is very balanced according to the sweet and bitter flavors, a powerful beer to enjoy intensely:
- Dark brown color and dense foam and creamy light ivory color.
- The predominant aromas are those of special malts, biscuits, cookies, coffee, cocoa.
- In the palate it presents a denser body and an intense flavor that is balanced in terms of bitterness-
sweetness and that persists for a long time. - Pairs well with roast beef, roast lamb, aged cheeses or plum pie or the classic apple and toffee.
