Description
Some time ago he lived in the mountains that separate Las Marinas, a bandit. At that time, to cross them and be able to go from Altea to Calpe, you could only go through a narrow path, which a masked man took advantage of to rob unsuspecting travelers. This is how the legend gave its name to a mountain: Mascarat. And in honor of this mysterious character and the mountain that bears the name of the legend, this Black IPA with rye is born, black, creamy and very hoppy:
- Black color, with a creamy and persistent foam cinnamon color.
- Aromas citrus, resinous and pineaceous that contrast with notes of soft chocolate and toast.
- Combination of flavors roasted and chocolate due to the malts and the freshness and bitterness typical of the use of hops in dry hopping.
- Pairing with smoked meats, intense or blue cheeses, and even sweet pairings such as dark chocolate or nougat.
