Description
High fermentation beer, Barley Wine style aged in russet ratafia casks:
- Transparent brown in color like homemade ratafia and little gas.
- The presence of nutmeg stands out on the nose and on the palate there is a dry beer with hints of nuts and toffee, accompanied by the mixture of spices typical of ratafia.
- It pairs well with desserts with a touch of liquor. Brewer's recommendation: mix it in equal parts with “Component B”.
