Description
A malty ale of British origin:
- Oriented to the caramel flavor but with a hoppy touch, well balanced in sweetness and bitterness, being a smooth and pleasant flavor but with character.
- Differs from its English relatives in its more accentuated hopping with hints of ripe and tropical fruit.
- Medium body, medium carbonation and a sweet finish that make this beer a unique experience on the palate.
- Combines well with soft cheeses, quince, pizzas and white meats, peppered tenderloin sandwiches, Jamaican chicken skewer.
