- Shiny dark black, with abundant formation of toffee-colored foam and medium/high retention.
- On the nose, roasted on the nose, as it tempers, notes of liquor, biscuit, dried fruit and balsamic background emerge.
- In the mouth the first contact maintains the same structure as in the nose: roasted, liqueur/brandy, biscuit, dried fruit, raisins. Aftertaste: dark chocolate, toffee, caramel and liqueur.
- Pairs well with red meat stews, chocolate desserts or even powerful blue cheese.
