Description
Juguetes Perdidos together with Cervesa Guineu have created this series of beers starting from spontaneous fermentations with local Guineu grapes to which they have put a lysergic journey in barrels, they have added fruits (in this case mango), spices, brettanomyces, much love and more patience. They are at their point after one year in the bottle and still have a potential to be stored in the bottle for several years:
- Golden yellow beer, with a fine and light foam.
- Complex aroma in which acid apple, white grape, notes of wood stand out.
- The drink shows an acid profile balanced with notes of apple and hints of white grapes. The woody notes of the conditioning in barrels are also present. At the end it ends with a dry drink reminiscent of white wine.
- It pairs well with: it can accompany you during a good meal, and especially with rice, pasta, grilled fish or white meat.
