Cierzo Brewing was born in 2018 in Zaragoza and has become one of the leading breweries in Aragon and Spain. But everything was forged long before, at the beginning of the 2000s, when Sergio Ruiz, Master Brewer of Cierzo, began to prepare his first recipes at home. Cierzo, typical wind of this land that runs through the entire Ebro, cold, dry but also purifying, that is the spirit and energy that can be extracted from these precious creations with illustrations by Eva Felipe.
