Today we are going to Madrid de Jaleo, LITERALLY, to visit our friends from the Peninsula in Alcobendas. One of the most famous breweries nationwide, which makes very creative beers inspired by the trends of the American West Coast. Here we have Jaleo, a great example of the personality of this brewery, a cloudy IPA with a citrus and tropical profile, balanced, full-bodied and very easy to drink. It has 6% alcohol, excellent to enjoy it calmly or to create a bit of… ruckus :)
