"Whenever I can, I try to use all the ingredients of proximity, precisely to give that value and then also to energize, ...synergies are created and enrich the territory"
Bachiella is synonymous with economy and local consumption, with the production of beers with natural ingredients and with making traditional beers with excellence. We were chatting with Javier Roman, brewmaster of the @cerveza_bachiella, and it was a quite enriching conversation to learn about the production of a beer located in a rural area, but that moves the local market in a big way, in addition to really connecting with the people of the area. During our chat we talked about his:
- Hazy Ipa and Milk Stout (which we had in the España Cervecera October Subscription);
- His next release: an Abbey beer;
- Above all the importance of local consumption
