Spike Old Script Imperial Stout Barrel Aged 33cl

A barrel-aged Imperial Stout, it is a blend between their Dark Way beer and an Imperial Stout aged for one year in 15-year-old whiskey barrels:

• Black beer with foam with brown touches, creamy and persistent.
• On the nose we find notes of cocoa, and coffee from the malts, as well as notes of vanilla, wood and whiskey from the long maturation in barrels.
• The palate has a robust and unctuous body, with fine bubbles. With a slightly dry finish. The chocolate malts combined with the oat flakes give it a silky texture.
• Pairs well with chocolate desserts or alone to be enjoyed slowly and unhurriedly.

Technical Information:

• ABV (Alcohol content) very high: 11%
• IBU ( International Bittering Unit) normal bitterness: 30
