A beer made with local honey harvested in the Montes de Toledo. LA SAGRA wants to present to everyone an ideal beer to enjoy in winter and share in special events at this time of year such as Christmas gatherings.
- Reddish color with caramelized flavor and sweet aroma, perfect for low winter temperatures.
- It pairs well with smoked or blue cheeses, smoked fish or with chocolate truffles and nougat.
Winter Ale style / Cerveza de Invierno are beers that suggest cold weather, and are also related to the Christmas season. It can include seasonal spices, special sugars and other products reminiscent of Christmas desserts. They are generally stronger, darker, and spicy beers that often have a rich body and a warm finish, making them a good accompaniment to the cooler fall or winter seasons.
