In Yesta they brew craft beer with the flavor of their land, Palencia. In 2018, the Alma del Cerrato project was born when they learned that the brewery in their town was closing and they decided to take the reins of the TORQUEMADA brand to continue with their legacy. In 2019 they launch the "YESTA® AgroBeer" beer with a very personal touch in which they commit to using barley from their land.
