Valhalla Double Honey. Also known as honeydew in ancient times:
- Intense old gold color, very bright.
- As its name indicates, it is made from a large quantity of natural honey, which gives it an intense floral aroma resulting from the honey from which it comes, giving way to aromas of of dried figs and raisins.
- Its intense honey flavor is sweet as well as fresh and without cloying, intense and persistent.
- It pairs well with: perfect to accompany desserts, it can also be taken with a good goat cheese, generously spread with any jam.

Mead
Mead, a fermented drink made with honey and water, is perhaps one of the oldest, predating wine and probably a precursor to beer.
Its use was widespread among peoples of antiquity. In Europe it was abundantly consumed by the Greeks, Celts, Saxons and the barbarians of the north. The Greeks gave it the name melikraton and the Latins called it mulsum water.
According to Pliny, the first recipe for making mead was given by Aristaeus, King of Arcadia. Columella, a Latin writer from the beginning of our era, mentions in his work De re rustica numerous formulations used by the Romans.
