Traditional Valhalla. Inspired by the Mead that the Vikings drank, like King Ragnar Lodbrok.
- This Mead is straw melon in color, it has a cloudy appearance, since this mead is not filtered or clarified, as befits a unique artisan product with its own character.
- Its aroma is slightly fruity, reminiscent of natural cider.
- Semi-dry flavor, soft and with a low persistence, so it does not sweeten the palate too much.
It pairs well with: Ideal to drink alone or as a tapas with cold meats and cheeses. It pairs very well with gouda cheese and other fatty cheeses.

Semi-dry mead
Mead, a fermented drink made with honey and water, is perhaps one of the oldest, predating wine and probably a precursor to beer.
Its use was widespread among peoples of antiquity. In Europe it was abundantly consumed by the Greeks, Celts, Saxons and the barbarians of the north. The Greeks gave it the name melikraton and the Latins called it mulsum water.
According to Pliny, the first recipe for making mead was given by Aristaeus, King of Arcadia. Columella, a Latin writer from the beginning of our era, mentions in his work De re rustica numerous formulations used by the Romans.
