Description
This is an American Pale Ale with a crystalline appearance and totally translucent, between golden and amber in color, with a fairly large and slow bubble, with slight suspended sediments:
- Beige-orange foam, not too abundant, creamy and soapy, leaves traces of lace on the wall of the glass.
- On the nose, its aroma is malty and citric, very powerful mango and grapefruit.
- The palate is quite dry, bitter and citric, not too sweet in flavor, with very pleasant notes of caramelized malt, grapefruit, orange peel, mango, peach, apricot, coconut and vanilla.
- Pairs well with guacamole, salted almonds, cod and burrito.
