Description
The third and final of the annual San Frutos Barley Wine series. They present it to us in an individual case. Intense malty and aged:
- Intense, complex and evolving aroma with notes of wood, sherry and raisins.
- Powerful and aged with a high alcohol content, softened by the sweetness of the malts.
- Pairing with desserts such as caramel and toffee cheesecake, "drunken" biscuits with liquor, or strong cheeses such as Stilton.

- ABV (Alcohol content) very high: 12.2%
- IBU ( International Bittering Unit) normal bitterness: 30
