The name of this beer pays tribute to the mountains that surround Altea inland, an incredible mountain system belonging to the Betic Cordilleras with a height of more than 1,100 meters.
It is a Fruit Sour with Brett yeast (a type of wild yeast that in the past was housed in wooden barrels where the beers were stored and gave them rustic flavors over time) and aged in oak barrels. copper-colored oak with little persistence of foam.
