The Caleya brewery emerged in 2001, when Gonzaga, César “Pinchu” and Silver went to study at the Ponferrada Film School. Between one beer and another, the interest in making their own beers arose and in 2010 ideas began to take shape and Cervezas Caleya was born immediately. Under the motto "make rich beer and not get rich with beer" the friends began to take the first steps, focusing the profile of the brewery within the commitment to sustainability. A brewery that proclaims quality, exoticism and peculiarity as hallmarks.
