Beer made exclusively for the restaurant "A Cofradía de Rinlo" (Ribadeo, Galicia) to pair with its soupy rice. Made with seawater, lemon and cilantro.
- Visually, it appears pale yellow in color and slightly cloudy, indicating its wheat content. Its white and effervescent foam adds an attractive touch to your presentation.
- When held close to the nose, lovely and complex aromas unfold. Notes of wheat, citrus and subtle hints of sea salt combine to offer a refreshing and attractive aromatic experience.
- When tasted, Gose surprises with its unique and balanced flavor. Citrus and tropical fruit flavors intertwine with a mild acidity and a characteristic salinity, providing a refreshing and pleasant taste profile.
