Description
Based on a classic Imperial Stout, Dougall's Cantabrians have added roasted Arabica coffee from Santander itself, which softens the roasted tones and adds even more silkiness to the drink. But the best thing is that they have put some salted Cantabrian anchovy that will subtly increase the flavor of this black beer due to the salty touch:
- Aromas of coffee, licorice and chocolate. Mid palate with body and 9% alcohol to drink slowly and unhurriedly
- It pairs well with smoked fish, very cured cheeses, intense pâtés, red meat stews or tiramisu.
