Description
Santako is a West Coast IPA where old and new school meet brewed with Citra, Simcoe, Columbus and Amarillo hops:
- The Aroma immediately introduces loads of marijuana, pine resin, orange peel and grapefruit and a hint of peach.
- The palate continues with more citrus and a little sweet touch before ending with a powerful bitterness and dryness but not overpowering. The body is dry, but with a small addition of a light caramel malt.
- It pairs well with calamari alla romana, cod fritters, fatty cheeses.
