We return to Murcia, on the shores of the Mar Menor, to celebrate beer Christmas with La Ribera, which makes its beers inspired by the summers of the Mar Menor. Of them we have chosen Zazú, an American Amber Ale, that is, a roasted beer with an American profile, which means that in addition to its amber color and malty profile, it has brutal aromas of American hops: ripe, herbal and resinous stone fruits.
