"Tronzadora is a beer that for every liter that we sell we donate €0.30 for the cleaning and maintenance of (forest) roads, in collaboration with Zona Cero, a non-profit association"

In the middle of nature is the Rondadora brewery, and from there Guillermo Brun, one of the Co-Founders of the company, spoke with us about his incredible passion for making beer and having his brewery contribute to the economy and the local community. During our chat we talked about:

  • Its American Wheat and Amber Lager (which was part of the España Cervecera Subscription - October):

About Rondadora Brewery

This craft brewery has been fighting since 2014. They are located in the heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees, in Huesca, specifically in Sobrarbe, a virgin and charming region, a hard and demanding land, where life has clung tightly. Its name comes from the round, which is the clearest demonstration of the joy with which people live in their region:

"from the most crowded party, to a group of young men and women going from house to house to have a drink, it is a way of celebrating and enjoying life in the mountains, a way of going round".

This joy and good vibes is what they capture in each of their creations.

The brewery is made up of a team of 6 young people who follow the same objective: to create a quality product that contributes something new to the agri-food and tourism sector in the Pyrenees, through a different and responsible business model and an elaboration process based on knowledge and technique, the founding partners are:

  • Alejandro Lanau;
  • Gonzalo Fernandez;
  • William Brun;
  • Miguel Puyalto;
  • Nicolas Brun;
  • Victor Lanau.

"The round is the clearest demonstration of the joy with which people live here, from the most popular party, to a group of young men and women going from house to house to have a drink, it is a way of celebrating and enjoying life in the mountains, a form of round. That is why from house to house, song after song, a fun and festive tradition is perpetuated."
