Description
Nexus is a Belgian Strong Dark Ale, which means that in general this style offers a dark, complex and strong Belgian beer. This one in particular, produced by the Basque brewery Bidassoa, has a dark brown, almost black color:
- Slight sweetness complemented with roasted notes of coffee, licorice and black fruits, nuanced by fruity and spicy aromas and flavors (ginger, coriander and citrus peel).
- Pairs well with roast lamb, wild boar meat, ossobuco, etc.
