Description
A beer halfway between a German Weizen and a Belgian Witbier. Ballut Wheat is light like Wit, but creamy and flavorful like Weizen. It is a wheat beer with the personality of Ballut:
- Aroma of cloves and light notes of citrus.
- Memories of pink pepper and cloves may come to the palate, with an aftertaste of bakery cereal.
- Pairs well with German white sausages, steamed mussels, shellfish or goat cheese.
