In this course, La Patente Academy will talk about rice culture, a link between cultures, as well as well as the different varieties, cooking techniques, tips and tricks. We propose to practice three very different recipes from each other. All of them designed to delight the most demanding palates.

The beers to pair:
- Althaia Mediterranean Lager: blonde beer, balanced flavor between sweetness and cereal flavors and the freshness of hops. Beer long drink and good body .
- Bidassoa Agiña: a Weissbier, a wheat beer from the German school. Light on the palate, with slightly acid notes.

Bella Lola Blonde Ale: a bright, deep yellow, golden colored ale. aromas of caramel and honey and a taste of citrus, very soft and fresh.
The recipes:
- Morel and trumpet risotto with grilled foie scallop and boletus air. Married to Bella Lola Blonde Ale.
- Dried squid and red shrimp rice with artichokes and romesco emulsion. Pairs with Althaia Mediterranean Lager.
- Soupy lobster rice. Marries Bidassoa Agiña.
