Description
The famous Bavarian “wheat beer” (Weissbier in German). Actually, the wheat content is usually 50%, with the rest being pilsner-type barley malt. El Camino adds a minimal amount of caramelized malt that gives it a deep aftertaste and a nice orange color.
- Bread aromas from the malts with aromas of banana and clove provided by the specific Munich yeast during fermentation. The Mandarina Bavaria hops used provide a light citrus touch that pairs very well with the tropical aromas of the beer and its contained acidity.
- Not bitter beer, full of malt flavors, with a high carbon content and very aromatic.
- Pairs with Bavarian white sausages, provolone-type melted cheese with shores, raclette, etc.
