Description
This Black Rye IPA is a beer that fuses the best of both worlds, combining the darkness and body of a stout with the intense flavors and aromas of fresh hops:
- Visually, it has a deep and opaque black color, with ruby reflections that peek out on the rim of the glass. Its head is creamy beige in color, adding an elegant layer to this imposing beer.
- When brought close to the nose, seductive and complex aromas unfold. Citrus, resinous and pine notes are combined with subtle nuances of toast and coffee, coming from dark malts and rye.
- Testing it offers an exceptional taste experience. Grapefruit, grapefruit and tropical fruit flavors blend with pronounced bitterness that harmonizes with toasty malt nuances and the spiciness of rye.
- Pairs well with roast meats, pizzas and strong cheeses.
