Description
Wheat beer based on the traditional Belgian style belonging to the fixed line of the Mala Gissona brewery:
- Pale yellow color. White, compact and persistent foam.
- Intense fruity and spicy aromas. On the palate it is initially sweet and evolves towards fresh and slightly citrus notes. Refreshing, persistent and medium-bodied.
- Combines well with msurly fish, smoked, marinated and raw fish (sushi), soft and fresh cheeses.

- ABV (Alcohol content) normal: 5%
- IBU ( International Unit of Bitterness) low bitterness: 12
