Description
Although ipas do not originate in Belgium, Belgian brewers have managed to create their own style of ipa and delight us with their added spices and alcoholic strength. At Sevebrau they have developed this style to perfection and offer us a Belgian-style IPA beer to drink without haste and savor slowly:
- In addition to the traditional ingredients of an IPA (water, yeast, malt and hops) coriander, orange and licorice have been added as in Belgian specialties.
- It pairs well with salmon, cured cheeses or sausages.
