Javier Donate is the founder of Dawat, an independent craft brewery from Cuenca that he founded in 2009 out of pure passion for these products since, in reality, he is an optometrist optician by training and until he launched into the world of hops he was dedicated optics only. Dawat presents us with some beers produced with all respect for tradition and with the best ingredients.
