An elegant German lager beer: malty, amber in color with a clean, rich, toasty and bready malt flavor, moderate bitterness and a dry finish that encourages another drink. The overall impression of the malt is smooth, elegant and complex, with a rich aftertaste that is never cloying or heavy. Amber-orange to deep reddish-copper color (should not be gold), bright clarity, with persistent whitish head.
