Description
Mala Gissona has brewed this Double IPA with his Navarrese colleagues at Sesma Brewing using the hops
Cashmere, Bru-1, Chinook, Cascade, Amarillo and Polaris:
- Bright golden color with powerful aromas of tropical fruit (papaya, guava, pineapple...), citrus skin and even some resin, the ostia.
- It pairs well with espicy stews, spicy meats and vegetables, intense cheeses or fried foods.
