Description
Fundación Osborne and Cerveza Mica have created a joint project that has resulted in Cerveza TORO, a beer made with natural ingredients and matured in hundred-year-old sherry barrels, which contains the essence of two worlds, beer and wine:
- Straw yellow color almost golden and super clear for an unfiltered and natural beer
- Fruity aromas, herbal reminiscences of hops with small hints of fresh bread dough and yeast.
- Harmony and freshness in the mouth, but above all a very pleasant flavor of the hops typical of this Pilsen beer, with delicate dry hints of almond so characteristic of fine wine, which appears to give it an acidity perfect.
- Pairs with appetizers, all kinds of pickles, toasted nuts or a good acorn-fed Iberian ham.
