Carlos Arrecubieta, a scientist with a PhD in microbiology, decided after working as a researcher in Madrid, Manchester or New York that what he wanted was to dedicate himself to his great passion, craft beer. Said and done, together with his friend Iñigo Pérez they founded Bidassoa in 2014 and since then they have not stopped creating new beers, currently having a wide catalogue.
