The Valle del Kahs Beer Company emerged in 2016 as a crazy plan by Daniel de Julián. He convinced friends and family to invest in a beer idea in Vallecas. It turns out that Daniel's family had a large space in Puente de Vallecas where they used to make bleach. But they said goodbye to chemicals and hello to beer! Since its inception, at CCVK they have launched to explore British and American styles, pursuing the maximum flavor of the drink and a well-balanced malty touch. As for the hops, they go hand in hand with the local and maintain a close friendship with Órbigo Valley, a producer from León that is dedicated to modern varieties of hops, especially the American ones.
